All equipment and parts sold are refurbished and covered by LA Micro Warranty  unless otherwise stated.

All items will be shipped by FedEx. The following options are available: Ground, Third Day, 2nd Day Air, Priority Overnight. Normally no COD orders are accepted. DOA insurance is purchased separately from S&H fee and is subject to additional fees by the carrier.

All orders must be paid for within three (3) days from the order placement. California buyers pay sales tax in the amount of 8.25% of the purchase price, no exceptions, unless a reseller certificate is provided. For credit card orders, we can only ship to the address confirmed by the card-issuing bank. We accept only Visa and Master Card through PayPal. Other forms of payment accepted: BidPay, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks. Company and Personal Checks are accepted from selected customers only. We hold shipments for 4 business days on orders paid for by local California checks and 6 business days for orders paid by out-of-state checks.

For changes and/or cancellation to your order, please contact us before 4 p.m. PST on the day of your order. We cannot make changes to shipped orders. Cancellations made on such orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover our S&H costs.

For returns and exchanges, please e-mail or fax for an RMA # with the following information:

Invoice Number and date of purchase
Detailed description of the problem
Brand and model number of machine
RMA requests filed without the above information will not be processed.

You can file the request by e-mail at rma@lamicrogroup.com or by fax at 818-654-9910. You have 10 days from the receipt of the product to file the request. The issued RMA number is good for 15 days for refund or product replacement.

All RMA claims will be rendered null and void if merchandise returned to LA Micro Group inadequately packed to protect the merchandize from DOA. Goods returned in damaged or altered condition will not be accepted for return or exchange. RMA requests filed without product being defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

By placing your order online, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set forth anywhere on this site. LA Micro Group reserves the right to accept, refuse or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to the product unavailability or errors in product descriptions or posted prices.

After ten (10) days from the product receipt, it will not be accepted for return or exchange and is covered by the Manufacturers warranty only, if any.

In no case are goods are to be returned without obtaining an RMA number first. In such a case, LA Micro Group is not liable for any costs associated with that order, including, but not limited to the purchase price, original Shipping and Handling charge and DOA insurance.
